Elixirium private villa is located at the countryside of Perissa, about 1 klm from the beach side. It is a detached, fully renovated villa which follows the local architecture and traditional techniques. All furniture are handmade and made with love, either from wood or “patito”, a hand made traditional construction technique that is used from the old times in Santorini.

The villa has 80 sq. meters interior space and is built in a private 4 acres space. it is decorated with a minimal, traditional and romantic style and is ideal for honeymooners, couples and families. It’s a two bedroom house with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with hot tub, another bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

The exterior part offers a yard with olive trees and a wide patio with a swimming pool. The villa offers an ideal outdoor environment, with views to the fields, the mountain and the sea. It is an ideal place for relaxation and for enjoying holidays in Santorini.

The villa operates all the year round and is ideal for honeymooners, couples, and families, that wish to be close to the main attractions of the island, far from noises and crowds.
