The west part of Kefalonia is the peninsula of Paliki. On the South coast of the peninsula and on the waterfront of "Megas Lakkos" beach is where "Chloe Apartments" is located.

"Megas Lakos" beach like "Xi beach"  is well-known for the unique color of its sand that consists of fine grain copper-toned sand. 
The property is on the waterfront and can be easily accessed by the private path through the property. Swallow crystal clear waters and unforgettable sunsets are among the things that make this beach so special and famous.
    The area of where this property is found, is very popular and combines uniquely the cosmopolitan feeling with the calmness & tranquility, all in a green area, ideal for strolls in the nature.
It is in close distance (just 10 min driving apprx ) to the commercial area - the city of Lixouri the main town of the peninsula & second largest city of the island, and within a 50 min drive apprx from the capital of the island -  "Argostoli".  Lixouri is also connected to Argostoli on a daily basis with ferry boats
