Chalikounas sandy beach is located on Lake Korission (salt water), you can find private surfing with parachuting, rare bird observation routes, bike paths in idyllic landscape, unique walk paths around the lake Korission and unique forests of cedar trees between lake and sea. Kanouli is a small, isolated, sandy beach on the south-western shores of the island. There is no tourism infrastructure on this beach and it is completely disorganized, facts which offer the beach a more romantic character. Kanouli is ideal for visitors who want to be alone and who need to relax.

Prasoudi is a marvelous beach located close to Agios Mattheos village, 27 km southwest of Corfu town. It is a rather small sandy beach surrounded by lush green hills and a long tuft of olive trees. Prasoudi is pretty secluded and calm, great for some private moments. It consists of sand and shallow clear waters that make an ideal swim destination for families. Just above the beach, there is a tavern serving dishes from the Corfiot cuisine. It can be reached through the main road. It is an ideal destination for relaxing and quiet moments.
